TERMS OF SERVICE

Age Requirement NiceBuns is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we determine the purchaser is underage.

Pricing and Payments All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time prior to payment. Purchases will appear on your billing statement under the descriptor "NB RETAIL SERVICES".

Product Specifications Bun No. 01 is a compact sculpt. The measurements clearly listed on the product page (240×150×95 mm, 1.5 kg) are a material part of this contract. We are not liable for any misuse of the product or failure to read product specifications prior to purchase.

Disputes and Chargebacks If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us first to resolve it. We aggressively dispute and fight invalid chargebacks or fraudulent disputes using tracking data, IP logs, and these accepted terms.

Governing Law and Liability These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the order in question.
